Hi, I'm Keiron.

I run Website Growth Audit out of the UK. The short version: I've been building websites and running SEO for small businesses long enough to be honest about which fixes actually matter and which are noise.

Most small business owners I speak to have been burned at least once. Either by a £499 templated site that ranks for nothing, or by an SEO agency that took their money for six months and showed nothing for it. I built this so there's a simple, low-stakes way to find out where your site actually stands before you spend money trying to fix it.

How this works in practice

You send your site through the form. I read it properly, check your top two competitors, look at your Google Business Profile if you have one, and send back a six-page PDF inside two working days. The PDF tells you the three highest-leverage fixes, what they're worth, and roughly how hard they are.

About half the time the answer is "fix these three small things yourself, you don't need me". I'll tell you that. The other half it's a more serious rebuild or an ongoing SEO problem, and if you want help I'll quote for it. No pressure either way.

What I won't do

• Lock you into a 12-month contract. Month-to-month, 30 days notice, always.
• Send your audit to a junior. I do the audits myself.
• Promise page one in 30 days. Local SEO takes 4 to 8 weeks at the fastest. Anyone promising sooner is selling you a story.
• Hold your website hostage. You own everything I build. CMS access, domain, code, all yours.
• Recommend a rebuild if a tune-up will do.

Who I tend to work well with

UK small businesses with 1 to 30 staff. Trades, professional services, local retail, B2B. People who want to understand what's being done to their site rather than just paying a monthly fee and hoping. Owners who'd rather hear "your site is fine, here are three small fixes" than a 47-page document full of jargon.

Who I don't take on

Regulated finance and pharma (they need specialist compliance I don't do). Gambling. Anyone who needs results inside a fortnight on a competitive niche, because that's just paid ads and I won't pretend otherwise.
