How I work

Three things you should know first.

i.

I read the site. A tool does not.

Crawlers count issues. I look at what a customer sees, what your two nearest competitors do better, and what is actually costing you enquiries.

ii.

Three fixes, ranked.

Not thirty. The three that would make the biggest difference, with a rough sense of whether each is a half-hour job or a half-day one.

iii.

No pitch at the end.

The PDF finishes with my email address. If you want to talk, you know where I am. If you do not, that is fine too.

Frequently asked questions

Will rebuilding my website hurt my existing SEO? +
Any migration can change crawling, indexing and rankings. The work inventories valuable URLs and signals, maps redirects, tests the new site and monitors the launch to reduce avoidable risk.
When should I rebuild instead of improving my current site? +
A rebuild makes sense when the current site is slow, hard to edit, visually dated, technically limited, or blocking conversion and SEO fixes that would cost nearly as much to patch.
Can you keep my current content and rankings? +
Valuable content, URLs, backlinks and internal links are included in the migration plan where they still serve users. Rankings cannot be preserved or guaranteed, so pre-launch baselines and post-launch monitoring are part of the work.
