What you get

What's actually in the audit.

Every audit is the same six-page PDF structure. I keep it short on purpose. If I can't say what's wrong in six pages, I haven't understood the problem.

Page 1

The headline finding

One paragraph. The single biggest reason your site isn't pulling its weight, in plain English. Sometimes it's "your site is broadly fine, you need more reviews". Sometimes it's "your site is fundamentally too slow and Google has noticed". Whatever it is, it's on page 1, not buried.

Page 2

Your homepage and top two service pages

A read-through of the actual pages your customers land on. Are the titles right? Is the call to action where it needs to be? Is the phone number visible? Does the page load fast enough on a mid-range phone? I tell you what I'd change, in order of priority.

Page 3

Your Google Business Profile

Where you sit in the local map pack for your most important search. Whether your categories, NAP and posting cadence are doing the job. How many reviews you have vs the local average. This is usually the single biggest under-leveraged channel for UK small businesses.

Page 4

Your top two competitors

I look at the two businesses ranking above you for your main search and tell you what they're doing that you're not. Usually it's not what people expect. It's almost never about backlinks or domain authority.

Page 5

The three fixes that matter

Three specific actions, ranked by impact, with rough effort estimates. So you can tell if it's a half-hour job your existing developer can do tomorrow, or a half-day rebuild of one section. Each one has a clear "do this, get that" framing.

If you'd like my help

A short note on what working with me would look like and roughly what it would cost. Skip this page entirely if you'd rather DIY. I won't follow up to push it.

What's NOT in the audit

  • No 600-issue automated report.
  • No "your site is broken" panic framing if it actually isn't.
  • No upsell calls.
  • No vague "your domain authority is 14" without context.
  • No 47-page proposal disguised as an audit.
